WHEN YOU FEEL STUCK
When the same pain keeps resurfacing, whether it’s in your relationship, in the way you relate to yourself, or in the choices you keep finding yourself making, it’s easy to wonder if something is wrong with you. It isn’t.
The patterns you're struggling with make sense. With the right support, they can begin to shift.
Does this sound familiar?
Whether you’re coming on your own or with your partner, you may feel stuck in patterns like these.
You keep finding yourself in the same painful dynamic — whether it’s conflict with a partner or self-doubt that follows you into relationships.
Conversations quickly turn into criticism, defensiveness, shutdown, or feeling misunderstood.
You feel disconnected — from your partner, from yourself, or from the version of you that used to feel more secure.
You often feel unimportant, unseen, too much, or alone in your relationships.
Trust has been shaken — in your relationship, in your own judgment, or in whether things can really change.
You know something deeper is driving the pattern, but you’re not sure how to get to it or shift it.
My approach
Built on connection, not blame.
My work is rooted in attachment theory, the idea that our closest relationships often become the place where old fears, protective patterns, and unmet needs show up most clearly. Together, we’ll look beneath conflict, anxiety, self-doubt, or disconnection to understand what’s driving those patterns so lasting change becomes possible.
With couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-backed approach that helps partners move out of blame, shutdown, and reactive cycles and into more honest, secure connection.
With individual clients, I help women understand relationship patterns, strengthen self-worth, regulate emotions more effectively, and build relationships that feel secure and fulfilling.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’m here to help you understand why these patterns exist and begin shifting them in a way that feels lasting.
What we'll work on together
From survival patterns to more secure
connection — with yourself and with others.
01
Understand the pattern
Make sense of the cycle you keep getting stuck in — whether that looks like conflict, people-pleasing, anxiety, shutdown, or choosing relationships that leave you feeling unseen.
02
Communicate with more clarity
Learn to express what you feel and need in a way that feels more grounded, honest, and authentic— instead of spiraling, overexplaining, or shutting down.
03
Build trust and security
Strengthen your relationship with yourself, repair trust where it’s been fractured, and create relationships that feel safer, steadier, and more connected.
How it works
Getting started is simple.
1
A free consultation
We’ll start with a short, no-pressure call to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and whether we feel like a good fit.
2
Understanding the pattern
In our early sessions, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the cycle you keep getting stuck in — whether that’s showing up in your relationship, your self-worth, your anxiety, or the way you connect with others.
3
Creating change that lasts
Together, we’ll work toward new ways of relating that feel more secure, grounded, and sustainable long after therapy ends.
Common questions
COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you work with both individuals and couples?
Yes. I provide individual therapy for women and couples therapy for partners who want to strengthen their relationship. If you’re unsure which type of therapy is the best fit, we can talk through it during your free consultation.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available in person in Studio City and online throughout California and Colorado, so you can meet in whatever way fits your life and schedule.
What issues do you help with?
I work with women struggling with relationship anxiety, self-worth, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, emotional regulation, and difficult relationship patterns. I also work with couples experiencing conflict, communication difficulties, disconnection, trust concerns, or recurring cycles they can’t seem to break.
How do I know whether individual or couples therapy makes more sense?
If the primary goal is improving your relationship together, couples therapy is usually the best fit because both partners are part of the change process. If you’re working on your own relationship patterns, self-worth, anxiety, or healing after difficult relationships, individual therapy may be a better place to start. If you’re unsure, we can decide together during a consultation.
How do I get started?
Reach out to schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, answer your questions, and decide together on the right next step.
Do you accept insurance?
For individual therapy, I accept select insurance plans, including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), and Carelon Behavioral Health. Private-pay sessions are also available at $175 per 50-minute session. Insurance coverage is subject to eligibility and benefits verification.
For couples therapy, I offer private pay only at $225 per 60-minute session. This allows us to focus fully on the relationship work itself without the restrictions that can sometimes come with insurance-based treatment.
What is EFT?
EFT is an evidence-based approach grounded in attachment science. It helps couples understand the emotional patterns underneath their conflict and reshape them, so you can move toward a more secure, connected bond.
