What are your session rates?
Individual therapy sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session.
Couples therapy sessions are $225 for a 60-minute session.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept insurance for individual therapy through Alma and Headway, and I’m happy to help you confirm whether your specific plan is in-network.
Couples therapy is offered as private pay.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Individual therapy is offered via telehealth.
Couples therapy is available both in-person in Studio City and virtually throughout California.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
